error on submit button

respected sir ,

finally after many issue i got success in installing bugnet !!!!!!! its workin fine but only at one point its givin error.

when i report issue and click the submit button it give s error

System.Security.SecurityException: Requested registry access is not allowed

i am using windows server 2003 r2 please tell me how to give right to access for registery .
