Hi Davin,

 

Unfortunately, the application configuration option is missing from the list. All i get following options under admin:

1. Users

2. Organization

3. projects

4. categories

5. priorities

6. statuses

7. user defined attribute

8. custom fields

Further, I want to add that all folder under c:\Inetpub\mailroot are empty. The folders are Badmail, Drop, Mailbox, Pickup, Queue, Route, Sort Temp.

Hi Davin,

 

We're currently using an older version of the application which doesn't have such a GUI. It's an year old version. Let me know how to check the version, so that i can tell you the version that we're currently using. We did want to install new version, but our application vendor said that newer version won't work with our existing data and web.config file.
