Hi

I have a problem with sent notifications (BugNet RC2 0.8.167.0)

My settings are:

SMTPPassword pass
SMTPPort 465
SMTPServer smtp.gmail.com
SMTPUsername xxxr@gmail.com
SMTPUseSSL True

I got the error

System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: User not found at System.Net.Mail.MailCommand.CheckResponse(SmtpStatusCode statusCode, String response) at System.Net.Mail.MailCommand.Send(SmtpConnection conn, Byte[] command, String from) at System.Net.Mail.SmtpTransport.SendMail(MailAddress sender, MailAddressCollection recipients, String deliveryNotify, SmtpFailedRecipientException& exception) at System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient.Send(MailMessage message) at BugNET.BusinessLogicLayer.EmailNotificationType.SendNotification(INotificationContext context)

What is wrong ?

Thanks for reply.

GMAIL has to be specifically configured to allow SMTP in. Also is uses Secure (SSL) SMTP. Which is a different port (GMAIL's ports are non standard).
Please refer to the GMAIL online help for more information in configuring SMTP access correctly.
