We get the following error when we try to delete a user.

DELETE statement conflicted with COLUMN REFERENCE constraint 'FK_UserProjects_aspnet_Users'. The conflict occurred in database 'BugNet', table 'UserProjects', column 'UserId'. The statement has been terminated.

Any help would be appricated.

It looks like that user is still assigned to a project. It is not recommended that you delete users but "deauthenticate" them so they can no longer log into bugnet.

This was an external user test account which never worked, is there a way users outside of the domain can access bugnet?
