There is one complete solution and one in the works.

1. Email submission of the issue should work using the email mailbox reader
2. Web Services (currently in the works and will be in the next full version)

Documentation is thin on the mailbox reader but the forums can provide some insight on some of the settings.

The email submission will also be getting revamped soon.

Yes you can submit issues via email.

The web services require .net coding and are meant for application to application integration.   The release date is unknown but a beta should be out soon.
