Did you click the logout button?

The remember me is a function of the asp.net 2.0 login control and I know it stores a persistant cookie, but if you use the log out it will remove the cookie.

Nope. I'm not logging out at all. There are six on our team sharing BugNET and everyone of us, OS X or Windows, has this issue. None of us use IE though :D

If you are using a native .NET control, I wouldn't be surprised if it's only compatible with IE. Some of their controls have a long history of not being cross-browser compatible. I don't use the native .NET form validation controls for exactly that reason -- they don't work right in all browsers. It could be something just as simple as not setting the cookie domain or path a certain way or something, who knows.
