New Isuee - Milestone DropDown? (0.7.891)

What is this for? There doesn't appear to be any validation against it and the "Version" dropdown (the same info) is still displayed and stored.

Initially the application started with the version field as a "reported in version" but now has a milestone which all the reports run from. In 0.8 version will be dropped so it is recommended that you use the milestone field more than the version.
