This is a brand new install.  Windows Authentication. SQL Server 2005 and IIS6 on a Win2003 Server.

Server Error in '/BugNET' Application.


Security Exception

Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy.  To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file.

I mean to add more... clicked the wrong buttons.

This happens when you add a bug to the system.  Only happens every few times.  Tried it with several users.  Thought it had to do with formatting or uploaded files, but it seems to work in those circumstances too.

Can't upload the screen shot, but it was basic stuff with some formatting in the description. 

What key is it accessing and do we need to Network Service as a writer to that key?
