Creating Administrator Account Failed

When trying to create the administrator account during installation I got an error at referred to the password hint question. 

To fix this I changed line 679 of Install.aspx.cs from:
MembershipUser NewUser = Membership.CreateUser("admin", "password", "admin@yourdomain.com");
to:

MembershipCreateStatus status = MembershipCreateStatus.Success;
MembershipUser NewUser = Membership.CreateUser("admin", "password", "admin@yourdomain.com", "no question", "no answer", true, out status);


Any idea why I got this error?



Also now that all the installation is complete when going to the login page I'm getting an error on line 104 of StringResourcesDALC.cs 

InvalidOperationException: Unable to find a default resource for Page.Title.

I'm also getting the error: Unable to find a default resource for SecurityQuestionRequiredErrorMessage.

Are you installing using the latest source from the repository?

The question / answer memebership was added recently. The next step is to test the installation / upgrade engine and it looks like you have found the first issue with the new changes.
