Feature request: Filters not only on top

For me is a little bit disturbing that the filter fields are always above the issue lists.

It is possible to collapse/extend or moving down this section?

Thanks for the feature request.

The filter section does take up a lot of space. I have had previous comments about collapsing it or other improvements as well.

I was looking at maybe doing some sort of colapsing panel via Atlas or a draggable panel.
