kiddailey, I agree 100% with your descion not to upgrade. The release is still officially RC and not recommended for production.

I might have create a few duplicate issues at http://support.bugnetproject.com/ 0.8 RC 3 because of my inability to search and quickly filter effectively. I cant have my staff doing the same!

Our BugNET production system and process depends extensively on the users using "My Issues" and filtering an issue list.

I am pushing for the full text search, but am having major problems with the User Controls.

(Davin, my problem is I need more generic list control for comments, history attachments etc. Then I can place them on repeater controls to give me my project groupings. So the search page will have a tab for each control. Eg "results in history" tab for a project grouped list of history search results [similar looking control to what is used on the issue details history tab and link to the issue] )

 There is, but we have primarily focused on stabilization of current features and bug fixes in the upcoming release.  Fixes to the query engine / custom field search (that wasn't possible in 0.7 or working properly in 0.8) and extensive fixes and improvements to notifications.  The large list of changes can be found on the roadmap.
