Subversion integration

Hello,

I am the author of AxCrypt, popular open source encryption for Windows, and also in the process of developing an online password manager (see www.axantum.com).

During evaluation of various issue trackers, mainly Mantis, BugTracker.NET and BugNET, I'm currently favoring BugNET. For various reasons this appears to be the closest fit to my needs, as well as giving signs of a professional attitude in the actual development.

However, there's one glaring omission for my needs, and that is integration with Subversion so that a commit is linked with the issue it is related to. Subversion supports this in various ways, the best appears to be the following: http://markphip.blogspot.com/2007/01/integrating-subversion-with-your-issue.html .

I'm willing to implement this in co-operation with the authors of BugNET. Are you interested? Contact me.

Best regards,

Svante

PS - We also have to talk about the registration process and why you must not send the password back in the e-mail.. :-)

Hi Svante,

Thank you for the kind comments. I and the community welcome the help in implementing integration with subversion for the issue tracker.  I have setup the bug traq properties for the repository very early one in the project but are talking about actual integration where on the issue detail page it would show a link to the repository commit?

This type of integration has been requested a few times.

Re: Subversion integration

Just so I am clear would this be when you commit code you could say what issues it completes?
