admin cannot login and install error Cannot find the object "dbo.ProjectRoles

Hello,
i m testing this project in various enviroments, but i have this error when try to install.aspx:

This is an ex-novo installation and i can see the home page for login, but when i try to insert the default credential admin and password i cannot login and i see Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again.
Could you help me to fix this issue?

I test bugnet project on my windows 2003 sp1 sql express 2005 i install all software requirements. I cannot make complete install bud with this error:

Running Upgrade Script: 0.7.820.0.SqlDataProvider - 00:00:00.0468714
Error!

Error in file:C:\BugNET\Install\dbscripts\0.7.820.0.SqlDataProvider.sql
Message:Cannot find the object "dbo.ProjectRoles" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.

I try to do new install and not upgrade, i created new db and launch install.aspx. I can see the login page but cannot login with default user and password
