Open issues count on home page

I've just done the upgrade from 0.8.193 to 0.8.221, I got a slight problem with the upgrade it said "unable to access database upgrade failed" but the SQL upgrade script had a success next to it so I've tried to access the site and it seems ok.

The only issue that I have on the home page there is a small pie chart icon displayed under each project, it says "0 open issues" next to it., but on the project summary I have 77 open issues.

Is this a bug, or just a feature that has not been enabled yet?

This is a bug that has already been fixed and will be in the next release.
