Confiugration error. HTTP Error 500.19

I am trying to install BugNet to an isolated computer with Vista Home OS. I am at step 6 of the instructions that came with the program and have gotten this error. I have it set up that the install file is at hxxp://localhost/BugNet/BugNet/Install/Install.aspx.

Erm .... try making your default website point straight to the "C:\Program Files\BugNET\BugNe\"

In other words you will access "http://localhost" to get to the BugNET system. It seems you have a web.config in folders above "/Bugnet" in IIS.

Also make sure you have configured the webserver to be ASP.NET 2.0 not ASP.NET 3.x

I had this issue installing BugNet on Windows Server 2008 R2 and IIS 7.

The info here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934515 help me get everying working.
