Insall Problem on Vista

I download the bugnet source file and extract the files to Bugnet folder. configureg the web.config and log4net.config files. I open the install.aspx file in Visual Studio 2005 and run it through there. Here is the message I get below. Could anyone point me to the right direction. Thanks in advance.Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level.  This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

Make sure that your virtual directory is configured as an application and is setup for use .net 2.0.
