Ok I used to have this issue.
Resolution is as follows:
1. Login on LOCALHOST using the ADMIN account.
2. Under Administration choose "Application Configuration"
3. Exand Basic Settings
4. Change the URL under default URL from "http://localhost" to "http://ComputerNetworkName"
Logout and connect to the BugNet using the "http://ComputerNetworkName" URL and all should then be fine.\
Make sure you ALWAYS connect using "http://ComputerNetworkName" from that point on.
