Yes, I have done it... Please, look at the error:

Server Error in '/bugnet' Application.

Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Unrecognized attribute 'targetFramework'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.4216; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.4209

Its showing me that its using v2.0, but I have changed everywhere on my web server to use v4.0..

In IIS make sure the application pool that BugNET is running under is set to .NET Framework 4.0 as well.

Yeah, that was the problem. I had to ask to my Web Server support to configure this. Thanks!
Now the 0.9 version is running fine.
