hi ,,

i  installed bugnet successfully , its gr8 but my email notification not workin. i have gone through email problems (forums )

but not getting any perfect solution . i am using .6.7 version of bugnet . Please guide me how can i get my email notification worked . i checked my system all its smtp setting r fine and working . only bugnet is not able to send any emails.

plz help

Are you using smtp authentication?

Hi,

Yes I am Using SMTP Authentication . I checked my server by configuring Outlook client and its able to send mail easily .

i did nt make any changes by goin into database as said in previous forums .

plz provide accurate solution .

Please verify that the "SMTPUsername" property exists in the HostSettings table, if not create it and set it to your username.

Below is the a link to a diff of the current version of code that I believe is attributed to the problem you are having.
