Pleaze help

I AM GETTIN ERROR WHEN I

HTTP://LOCALHOST/BUGNET/INSTALL/INSTALLER.ASPX

ERROR DETAILS :

Access to the path "c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\bugnet\ca5fd971\e2da6167" is denied.

I have seen this error before in relation to a corrupted install of asp.net.

If rebooting etc doesn't work you may have to search google for some more advice. I do remember running into this a long time ago.
