Is it even possible to upgrade from 0.7 beta to 0.7.820? Those errors don't look like they are related to the data in the database at all.

The first error is the key, if one error occurs then the rest are a result of the first.

It is possible to upgrade but there is no way I can anticipate everyones environment and database.
I will try my best to help resolve your issues with the upgrade.

The username is already in use.

I have above error come when upgrade the BugNET 0.7.832.0.
