Upgrading from 0.7.942.0 to 0.8.193.0 (RC3) Errors

I'm trying to upgrade from 0.7.942.0 to 0.8.193.0 (RC3) but not having any luck. I followed the instructions at "http://bugnetproject.com/Documentatio..." and here are the errors I am enccountering:

Hi Majsu,
The script results show that your version is 0.7.899 not 0.7.942 as indicated in your post.
Is this correct?
