Error upgrading from 0.8.167.0 to 0.8.193.0

Error upgrading from 0.8.167.0 to 0.8.193.0

When I upgrade from 0.8.167.0 to 0.8.193.0 I get the following error when I click on Project summary, Issues, Queries but not when I click on Admin and Users, Log, Projects:

The 0.8.185 upgrade script adds this resource string to the table.

I suspect that your upgrade did not complete properly, did you receive any errors on the install.aspx page?
