There were no database changes from 0.7.820 -> 0.7.832.

And if you keys are the same from both your previous web.config and the new one there should be no issues. Maybe try recycling the application by editing the web.config or IIS.

Dear Friend,

I have solved the login problem,Open database tabke 'aspnet_Membership' . and check value of IsLockedout value done 0. check the value FailedPasswordAttempts= 0.

so check databse and set the value . you can successfully login . Save databse .
