Re: Can Not Login - Upgrading from 0.7.820 to 0.7.832

Hi,

Please look into your old web.config, which should have been saved as web.config.bak or something else.

The machineKey have to be the same, else your authorization fails.

If it isn't the same, copy from your web.config.bak the full machineKey tag into your new web.config.

regards

Christian

I have  a similar problem after upgrade, but I did not change the machine keys,  and I compared them, they are  equal.

Then I took the database which where delivered with the source code, there are some test projects I can see, but login with admin is denied.

So it seems there is some other problem.

Re: Can Not Login - Upgrading from 0.7.820 to 0.7.832

I have do what had told in readme file, to rename web.config to web.config.bak.resources, overwrite all files, then copy back the appsettings, etc to web.config, also cannot login. During upgrade, sql script ran failed, error occured.

I have checked the machine key from 0.7.820 and the latest 0.7.832, both are identical.
