0.7.899.0 => 0.7.921.0 Install.aspx error.

Hi, i'm upgrading our version of BugNET from 0.7.899.0 to 0.7.921.0. I have followed the installation procedure correctley as far as i can tell. (http://bugnetproject.com/Documentation/tabid/57/topic/Installation/Default.aspx)

I have added the relevent elements to the config file, deleted the old versions files and added the new files into the installation folder.

When i try to finish the installation by browseing to the equivalent location of http://localhost/BugNet/Install/Install.aspx i get a BugNET page and the following message:

"Application Error - /BugNet/Install/Install.aspx

An error has occured in processing your request.

Please try again."

I presume this install.aspx page needs to load correctley in order for the DB scripts to run. Has anyone got any idea what could be causing this error?
