0.7.820 to 0.7.832

Just a small issue I found,
in the file "Readme.html", the section "Upgrading BugNET" - "Upgrading From Version 0.7.X"

You say to copy the web.config and then change the connections tring to the value of the previous,
doesn' the same has to be done with the "Log4Net.config" (changes the connections string?)

Yes they should have the same connection string.
