Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Is there any plans, to support Service Level Agreements using BugNET i.e. the system would alert the user if bugs have not be resolved by an agreed time period.

Also, do you have a date for the release version of 0.70?

Thanks

There is a plan to implement this, I am not sure if it is in the issue tracker but it is not a high priority at this time.  There is a wealth of other functionality that is higher priority at this time.

I am not sure as the actual date that the next version of 0.7 will be release and whether it be a beta 2 or the final version.  You can view the roadmap here to see the progress of the development.

Thanks
