Private by Category or Version?

Would it be possible to add privacy by Category or Version?

Ie. if I'm working on a new release, and do not want the entire world looking at the bugs/features being worked on for that version, I would like to hide it.

Same goes for Category. Perhaps there's some category of the project which you do not want the world seeing or contributing to?
