A manual of some sort would be nice too. Its not clear what features are available and their intended use. For instance, I see that there is POP3 settings. Does that mean it can poll a pop3 account and automatically insert bugs into the system? If so, what format should the email be in?

Another thing I was wondering about (that documentation could clarify) is TimeTracking: is it intended to set the time taken to complete a task, or is it intended to project the time expected to complete a task?
