Ability to delete an issue

Hi,

I noticed that when assigned rights to a group, one of the options is to grant or deny the ability to delete issues. I've searched around the pages, and I have been unable to find out where this can be perfomed. I tried to make sure certain criteria is met (i.e. make sure that an issue has the status of closed, etc), however have not been able to find out where this operation can be performed. My question is, is this something that is available now, or is it planned for a future release?

I think I got ahead of myself but putting it as a function in the permissions but this funtionality does not exist yet and you cannot delete an issue through the application as of yet.

Up until the last few versions the infastructure was not there for deleting an issue (foriegn keys - yikes!) but this is now established and this functionality will be added in a future release.
