User Role Question

My BugNET install contains many projects. I want to set it up so that our manager is 'monitoring' all of the projects and issues so that everything will show up under the 'issues I'm monitoring' section.

The issue may be that I've added him to the projects after adding issues. If so, is there a way to add this link after the fact?

The user who is assigned to the project manager in the project settings should receieve notifications of all issues etc.

In 0.8, a new tab has been created to control this further.
