config files in 0.7.854.0

In the new 0.7.854.0 there is both a release.config and the required Web.config files. The release.config has a newer file date.

Should I be renaming release.config to Web.config? If not... what is release.config for?

The release.config is not included in the install package as that name. During the build process it renames this file to web.config. It is a static configuration for deployment purposes.

The web.config in the source package is direct from SVN, which means it will have specific configuration to my local development machine and you may need to replace this with the release.config to install the source copy.
