License for lesnikowski mail component
I have a couple of questions about the lesnikowski mail dll.

The license details are here:
http://www.lesnikowski.com/Projects/Mail/Faq.aspx

1) While BugNet is a noncommercial product, does the license allow the distribution of the application into a commercial environment. ie. We are thinking of using BugNet for managing issues for a commercial product. Does this mean that we would require the per-server commercial license of the Mail.dll?

2) I can't see the specified credit anywhere in the web interface.

BugNET is licensed under the GNU GPL license.  You are free to use it to manage commercially built programs or modify BugNETs source code for internal use.  Any derivitive works from BugNET itself must fall under the GPL license as well.  Although it is not required to share your code changes to the public, if you feel your changes would benefit the community I urge you to share them.  If you release a modified version of BugNET to the public you are required to share the source code.

The license does not allow  the BugNET code for the basis of a commercial application that will be sold without rebranding it under a different license or using a dual licensing approach.

As for the mail.dll, if you wish to use the specific dll in your commercial product then you obtain a license for it as stated in the link you sent.  If you are using it with BugNET to manage issues on projects then no action is required.

I will update the package to include the license.

I hope this claifies things abit.....  this is one of those FAQ's that I will have to build.
