Can't Login to Bug Tracker and Patch Policy? 
Just ran across this bug tracker. I've got it installed and like it. But, two things:

First, I have found some issues and would like to report them. But when I try to sign up at http://support.bugnetproject.com I get the following:

Access Denied

The resource you have requested is unavailable or you do not have the proper access rights.

Please login to obtain access this resource.




Second, I don't see anything about submitting fixes. If I'm going to use this thing, I would like to actually fix things and pass the fruits of that along. Do you guys have that spelled out anywhere?

Hi,

I think the authenticated access to the bug tracker is managed only by the project admin or it is a bug.

Thanks for the link to the patch process.

Do I need to try to contact the admin, or can I just assume he reads this?

Hi,

The best way is, to provide a patch in the bug tracker, so it wouldn't get lost. But this isn't possible at the moment.
To be sure, send your patch to the admin.

Hi,

We welcome all your fixes  :)

I have enabled registration to the issue tracker again.

Until a new feature is complete I have to manually add users to their roles so please post back with your username that you have registered with.
