hey davin

IS there any feature of bugnet by which mail notification copy can be send also to the admin of that project also , with the person to whom issue is reported .

By default nothing like this occurs, in 0.7 the project manager will receive email notifications of reported and assigned issues.

You can log in as the admin and subscribe to change notifications on the notification tab for the issue.
