How to change Resolution combobox

Hi there. I know this must be me missing something simple, but when I call up an incident, the resolution combobox is always greyed-out and set to "Unresolved". I've assigned all permissions to the role called Developer and assigned my login to the Developer role, yet I still do not have access to this one combobox. What am I missing?

Regards,

You must first set the status to resolved or closed before the resolution field will unlock.

If you are using firefox there is a known issue that will be fixed in the next release.

Re: How to change Resolution combobox

I new it was going to be something simple and stupid that I missed. I'm so used to Visual Intercept that I didn't notice there was a separate status and resolution field. VI combined both into one.

Thanks for the quick response. Love what I've seen so far. Great work!
