Styling and behavior issue in BugList.aspx

Hi Davin,

I've two suggestions for the BugList view.

1.) - Behavior
If you don't click on the summary item then details won't be shown. I needed some seconds to realize this, perhaps
other users too.

2.) -Styling
I'm using for testing a low resolution of 1024x768 pixel.
At this resolution you can't read the header well, because you don't see at the first glance where
the column/text starts and ends
