Certainly is!   Is there something in particular that you wanted to work on?

Please refer to the developer documentation section about getting the source, submitting patches and other developer information.

Create an account on the issue tracker with the same username that you used on the site here. 

Please checkout the roadmap and the open issue list.  If something catches you eye that you would like to work on then you can assign yourself to it.(after I add you to the proper role)  Then you can submit SVN patches as attachments on an issue.

I am not sure what your background is or skill level so we can work that way first instead of me assigning you issues and see how that works. Sound good?
