Remember Me check box

Since no one has registered this problem on the forum or the tracking system I'm thinking I have something setup wrong. The Rember Me check box on the login page doesn't convince BugNET to ... well ... remember me. The Username and password boxes always start out empty whenever I load the login in page. This is same in IE 6 (which I generally don't use) and Firefox. I have checked the cooking blocking on both browsers and they are allowing cookies from the appropriate web site. BTW this problem is the same on my local BugNET as well as the one on this site.
