Hide some issue-informations from users

Hello,

is it possible to hide some issue-information from users?

We have reporters which are allowed to create entries and read entries but we want not to allow them to read information which is entered in time-tracking because these are the development-times and they should not be visible to testers.

Is this possible?

There are security permissions for add / edit and deleting of time tracking but not viewing the tab. This would be a good addition to the security section though to configure what tabs can be hidden / visible to a role.
