Active Directory Path Troubles

I've read through the various post on active directory and have tried a few combinations of AD Path without success. Below is the format I am trying. I am not getting any errors in the logs. Can someone assist?

This is exactly what I have in the Domain/Path field (other than i changed our info to "mydomain" and "My Users"): mydomain.dom/OU=My Users,DC=mydomain,DC=dom

For my authentication username: mydomain\myusername

I've also added the db flag to force authentication.on AD:

EnableWindowsAuthentication True

Any help getting this feature setup would be appriciated.
