Help with setting up issue posting via email

I've searched the forums and the documentation in vain for any help with setting up this feature. I have set up a POP3 mailbox for posting issues to Bugnet, but I'm clueless (as I'm sure many others who use Bugnet are) as to how to make this work. This forum post is all I found related to the feature, and even that wasn't very helpful. Could any one please point me to any documentation at all that might exist anywhere, regarding this chimerical feature?
