Feature Request - Email Notification to show all changes

Is it possible to have the email notification for updates to an issue reflect all the updates that are made in a session rather than just the last update?

When making changes to an issue, only the last change is shown in the email notification. If multiple changes are made to an issue at the same time, those changes aren't reflected in the email notifying that an issue has been updated. The only way to know about other updates that were made would be to refer to the history tab.
