How do we submit bugs?

The home page says to post bugs at:
http://support.bugnetproject.com

But when I sign up for an account it doesn't give me permission to submit new issues.

I have to give you permissions to the project after you register. Should be able to report issues now.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I want to report two bugs but my bugnet account is limited. Please, extend my rights.
