1. POP3 Mailbox Reader Settings

• Enable: Check this option to enable the mailboxreader. This is required after the normal configuration of the mailbox reader.

• Server: Enter your POP3 server which you will get email issues from.

• Username / Password: Enter the username and password in which you will use to connect to the POP3 account.

• Polling Interval: Change this to the amount of time (in miliseconds) that you would like to check for new emails.

• Delete Processed Messages - Check this option if you would like to delete emails after they have been processed.

• Process Attachments - Check this option if you would like to process and add any email attachments to the issue.

• Body Template - Use encoded html here to configure the template of what will be added to the issue description when an email is added.

• Reporting Username - The username that you would like to show who reported the issue.
