BugNET

Awhile ago there was a request to support the tool Bug Shooting.  Bug Shooting is a screen capture utility that makes it easy to capture bugs or issues by taking a screen capture, allowing annotations within an editor and then conveniently sending the output to numerous supported issue trackers as an attachment (or new issue in some cases).
